Here at No.4 Clifton Village, we have 2 meeting rooms Bristol available for hire, perfect spaces for hosting your meeting or conference in Bristol. Both areas are located in a peaceful environment, with a glorious view of our beautiful gardens, natural light and fully equipped. You can rest assured that you will have everything you require for a successful event.

Pastries, cookies, brownies and juices are available on arrival as is our breakfast menu, lunch menus and á la carte menu which is all prepared, cooked and served by our award winning restaurant. Depending on the duration of your stay, we also offer overnight accommodation within The Rodney Hotel which is adjoined to our meeting and conference space. We are also able to arrange your stay at a discounted rate, should you book one of our meeting spaces in bristol.

Facilities

We provide our meeting and conference space complete with everything you need, Projectors in both rooms with HDMI/VGA ‘plug and play’ inputs for your laptop or media source. All stationary including a flip chart and marker pens are included The venue benefits from superfast WI-FI which is included in the price.

Included in the cost is unlimited tea, filter coffee and cordial throughout the day, and our award winning restaurant can provide food to your guests. We also have a fully stocked bar.

Perfect Location

Our location in Clifton village is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, while easily accessible by car, public transport (buses run directly from Temple Meads Station and stop outside) or on foot, just a short walk from Clifton suspension bridge, Clifton village and Clifton Down train station.

We do also offer homemade breakfasts, pastries on arrival, cookies, brownies, juices, 2 different lunch menus and an á la carte dinner menu designed by our head chef. If your meeting guest require over night accommodation, we are able to arrange discounted rates at the Rodney Hotel.

 

Conference prices are only valid Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
