From the delicate asparagus mosaic to carrot tarte tatin with honey and bourbon caramel, each dish showcases the finest seasonal ingredients, locally-sourced from our network of independent suppliers.
We’re lucky to be joined by an esteemed sommelier from Matthew Clarke, who will be on-hand to provide insights into pairings and flavour profiles.
