Amuse-bouche

Elderflower sorbet with cracked black pepper

1st Course

Tian of fresh Crab and Avocado with sauvignon dressing

Hazelnut crusted , merlot poached pear with goat’s cheese curd and watercress

Jerusalem Artichoke soup with truffle oil and warm sourdough bread

Confit corn fed chicken with chilli, chickpea and roasted vine tomatoes

Fish Course

Fillets of Lemon Sole with peppered sweet potato mousse and a crab bisque

Monkfish tails wrapped in Parma ham with a sundried tomato and basil pesto served on a bed of baby leeks

Twice baked Stilton and red onion soufflé, chive purée and a spinach fricassee

Meat Course

Braised ox cheek with pink peppercorn crème , pomme mousiline and tenderstem purple broccoli

Pan-roasted duck breast with, colcannon potato, chestnuts, caramelised pear and green beans

Roasted Butternut squash and parmesan cannelloni with tomato & basil oil, watercress salad

Wild mushroom and black truffle risotto with a gruyere flake

Pan fried cod, crushed herbed potatoes, baby leaf spinach and caper & tarragon beaurre blanc
