From the delicate tomato terrine with pomme soufflé to rich roast duck with five spice jus, each dish is a celebration of the flavours of autumn.
We’re lucky to be joined by esteemed sommeliers from Matthew Clarke, who will be on-hand to provide insights into pairings and flavour profiles.
