While we are more than happy for you to bring decorations, please note that we will not be able to accommodate you arriving more than 15 minutes early to set up, and we do not allow any small table decorations such as confetti (or confetti filled balloons) due to us having old wooden floors. Please let us know if you are planning on decorating and what you are planning on bringing!

We take any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. This way we can ensure that we have the ingredients and provisions to cater for all booked guests. We do however handle allergens in our kitchen so there is risk of cross contamination.

There are a few spaces on the crescent in front of the building. These are first come, first serve and payable at Reception. The roads surrounding have Pay & Display parking, which is free on Sundays and Bank Holidays. We recommend that you give yourself time to find a space.

We do! At a reduced price of £15pp, we offer a smaller portion, with simpler sandwiches and fruit juices in place of teas and coffees.

If you would like to see the space before booking, mention this in your enquiry and we can arrange a time to do so!

Yes, you are welcome to bring a cake for your event. If you would like us to slice and serve it, we charge a cakeage fee of £1pp. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a cake and whether this will be self-served or require involvement from our kitchen team!

We have music playing through our speakers, however if you are booking a private space, you have the option of sending us a playlist to have in the room.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation but will be deducted from your bill when you pay the final amount and counts towards the minimum spend.

Although we are on the ground floor, we are a listed building and accessibility adjustments are limited. It is worth speaking to a member of the team about specific requirements and we can advise further.

We booked No.4 for my firend’s baby shower. The Admiral room was perfect for this, so pretty and perfectly decorated. The building is gorgeous and in the heart of Clifton Village.

We booked the afternoon tea which was again beautifully presented and the selection of sandwiches and cakes were delicious, especially the homemade scones.

Compared to other venues in the area, the price was really competitive and based on a minimum spend which was easy to reach with 16 guests. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us.
